Trina Ondrizek, FNP-BC 

Trina is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and she has spent the last six years dedicated to caring for Middle Tennessee as an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Trina graduated in 1996 from Advent Health University, Orlando, FL with her nursing degree(s) ASN / BSN and then worked several years in Emergency Medicine and Electrophysiology at Advent Health before attending Graduate school in Loma Linda, California.  

In 2008, Trina graduated Sigma Theta Tau from Loma Linda University with her MS, FNP degree. During her graduate course work she received a distinguished third place award at the National Research Conference where she developed a proposal for community involvement and lifestyle changes to help prevent and combat childhood obesity. As a Nurse Practitioner, Trina has focused her career in Pediatrics / Family and Emergency Medicine.

While truly loving critical patient care, she also felt pulled to continue her quest for improving healthcare within the local community. Through the years, she has developed a passion for high quality healthcare that should be affordable, personable, and convenient. This has led her to open Willow Direct Primary Care.

In her free time, Trina loves spending time with her family, taking part in outdoor activities, and engaging with her church community where “love God, love People, and serve the World” is their motto.
